Additional May Tryouts for the
2008-2009 Season

Wednesday, May 7^th and 14^th
Hayden Recreation Center Ice Rink
On-Ice at 4:45 p.m.

In general:
Interested skaters may select either the 7^th or the 14^th for their tryouts
Skaters are requested to wear beige
tights and a skating dress.

At tryouts you will be asked to demonstrate the following elements:
Ina Bauers
Spread Eagles
Spins
Different steps and turns like Twizzles, Rockers and Counters (both feet)
These elements are only examples of what you may be asked to demonstrate.
Skaters may be asked to perform other free skating elements as well.

Qualifications:

Novice Moves preferred
Juvenile Freestyle preferred
Bronze Dance preferred
Juvenile Moves required

2007-2008 Team Statistics:

57% Junior or higher
52% Juvenile or higher
65% Bronze or higher
